Hence we need a Replacement person to handle below tasks- Local replacement work:- -Receive Defective goods of Local Delhi Customers. -Identify weather Defective goods belong to Our company -Record and give Good receipt slip to customer -Coordinate with stock manager for exchange of defective goods with a new/repaired product -Handle & Resolve customer issues/complaints during the whole process of replacement. -Maintain inventory of Defective Goods and assist in stock take of the same. Outer replacement work:- -Receive Defective goods parcel of interstate customers -Identify weather Defective goods belong to Our company -Record receipt of RMA goods in Replacement Register (to we done manually or in excel) -Communicate the Receipt of Goods to customer Via WhatsApp or call -In case any item is not received or short received in customer's RMA parcel inform the same to him -Coordinate with stock manager for exchange of defective goods with a new/repaired product -Make RMA parcel, dispatch and intimate the same to customer via WhatsApp or call -Handle & Resolve customer issues/complaints during the whole process of outer replacement -Maintain inventory of Defective Goods and assist in stock take of the same. -Any other Office related work as assigned to him from time to time.
